Our 7-Day Commitment
Every ॐ GoodD is crafted with devotion and packaged with extreme care. However, we understand that transit can occasionally be unpredictable. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return or replacement policy from the date of delivery.
Conditions for Return
- check_circle The item must be in its original packaging.
- check_circle Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- check_circle Photos or videos of the damaged product and outer packaging are required for verification.
- check_circle Items must not have been used for worship (puja) if they are to be returned due to transit damage.
Return Process
1. Capture Evidence
Take clear photos of the damage and the shipping box.

3. Pickup / Return
We will arrange a pickup or provide shipping instructions.
4. Refund / Exchange
Receive a full refund or a new murti within 5-7 business days.
